INGREDIENTS

600g Pork Ribs (bite sized)
1 tbsp of Cooking Oil
1/2 of Green, Red & Yellow Bell Peppers (chunks)

----- Marinade -----

1 Egg
2 tbsp of Ginger Powder
3 tbsp of Guinness Foreign Extra Stout
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Sugar
Pepper (to taste)

----- Sauce -----

2 tsp Dark Soy Sauce
4 tsp Tomato Sauce
2 tsp Oyster Sauce
7 tsp Malt Sugar (maltose)
3 tsp Sugar
8 tbsp of Guinness Foreign Extra Stout

PREPARATION

Mix all the sauce ingredients in a bow and put aside. Marinate prok ribs for at least 1 hour in a separate dish. For best results, marinate overnight.

Heat wok with oil over high heat and add the pork ribs. Fry till the ribs are brown on all sides

Turn to medium heat and add in sauce ingredients. Stir constantly till the ribs are completely coated with the sauce

Once the ribs are completely coated, add in bell peppers and stir-fry until sauce reduces and thickens.

Plate the dish and serve hot. Enjoy with a chilled can of Guinness Foreign Extra Stout!
