INGREDIENTS

1kg Chicken Wings
1/4 cup Dark Soya Sauce
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 tbsp White Sugar
1/2 cup Light Soya Sauce
1 Can of Guinness Foreign Extra Stout (320ml)

PREPARATION

To make the marinade, mix all the ingrdients (except the chicken) in a small pot. Boil over low heat until the sugar has completely dissolved.

Let the marinade cool down and then transfer into a large mixing bowl. Place the chicken into the mixing bowl.

Add the chicken into the mixing bowl and keep it in the fridge to marinate for at least an hour. Keep the marinade to glaze the chicken in step 4 for maximum flavour.

Pre-heat the oven/grill to 160°C. Place the marinated chicken into the oven/grill and slow roast for 80 mins. Glaze the chicken every 10 minutes.

Take out the chicken and let it rest for at least 10 minutes. Enjoy with a chilled can of Guinness Foreign Extra Stout!
