1 can of Guinness Foreign Extra Stout (320ml) – reduced by ½ until syrupy
5g garam masala
1 head of cauliflower
Add the Guinness, mayonnaise and garam masala to a mixing bowl and stir until smooth.
Evenly paint the mixture onto the cauliflower and turn when necessary.
Place the cauliflower on a baking tray and cook at 180°C for 45 minutes.
Remove from the oven and serve.
