INGREDIENTS

2pcs king oyster mushrooms
4pcs asparagus
1 bunch of on-the-vine tomatoes
Salt and pepper to taste
3 tbsp olive oil

PREPARATION

Place the vegetables on a baking tray.

Carefully drizzle the olive oil over the vegetables and season with salt and pepper.

Pre-heat the Weber Barbeque to medium-high and keep the lid closed for at least 15 minutes or until the temperature reaches 250°C.

Place the vegetables inside the Barbecue and grill for approximately 6 minutes with the lid closed.

Halfway through the cooking process, turn the vegetables to create an even caramelisation.

Once done, remove from the Barbecue and serve.
